1. For customers within Greece and if you are a professional, select the issuance of an invoice by filling in the additional fields such as TIN. D.O.Y. etc. and a sales invoice will be issued.
2. In case you are in island areas with reduced VAT rate. 16% please note that pricing must be done at a reduced VAT rate.

Service Guarantees
Guarantee is provided to all machines and components provided through www.sfiromilos.gr. Www.sfiromilos.gr provides a guarantee for the proper operation of the machines and the absence of any defect. In case of malfunction, it must replace some or all of them or repair the problem areas. The guarantee is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the machines. It ceases to be valid if:
a) The machine is used for a different use from which it is intended by the manufacturer.
b) Damage from misuse and improper maintenance is caused.
c) The warranty on electric motors does not cover damage caused by external factors (incorrect connection, phase or voltage drop, installation failure, etc.).
d) Any shipping costs for defective products that are under warranty from and to our headquarters are fully covered by us if we are notified in writing within one week of receipt.
e) The warranty is provided only for the machine itself and indirect or direct receivables are not recognized.
f) The damage of the machines is repaired only in the space of our company.

Product returns
If you are interested in returning a product, it is necessary to fill out the form below. Once we receive your request we will contact you.

1) Returns of products are accepted within 14 days from the date of invoicing.
2) In case the product is different, defective or of a different quantity / property, the customer returns the products to be checked and the error detected. The return can be done after an email notification, or after a phone call. The costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of returning to the customer are borne by the company as long as the way proposed by the company is returned.
3) Products that have been used are not returned, their factory packaging has been opened.
4) No special orders and constructions are returned.
5) Machines that have been connected to an electrical panel and have been started are not returned.
6) Products weighing more than 30 kg cannot be returned free of charge.
7) For orders that you wish to return and a Certificate of Retail Sales - Shipping Certificate (ALP) worth more than € 30 has been issued, the customer's TIN is required for the issuance of a Certificate of Return of Retail Sales.
8) Your money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the products. The initial shipping costs of the products may not be refunded to you if the weight exceeds 30 kg.
9) Product return is made exclusively for product you have purchased from www.sfiromilos.gr
10) Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
11) Place the returned form in the package you have printed.
12) In case a product is returned without fulfilling the aforementioned terms, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense or will be stored at our place for two months.
13) In cases of technical problem and warranty coverage please describe the problem being addressed.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations for non-stock products in our store may result in charges. In any case, if you wish to cancel the order, you must notify us in time via email at www.sfiromilos.gr entitled CANCELLATION OF ORDER.
